zevoraenterprise.pro exists to describe Zevora Enterprise and the services we offer, so that you can decide whether a conversation is worth having. That is all it is meant to do. This page spells out where its information stops and on what terms you are reading it.

Four Ways Not to Read This Site

Most misunderstandings about a business website come from treating it as something it is not. These are the four we most want to head off.

• As advice. Our descriptions of services, technologies and methods explain what we do. Nothing in them is technical, legal, financial, tax or regulatory advice, and none of it says which platform, framework or architecture suits your situation. A decision that affects your business deserves advice from someone who has looked at those circumstances in full.
• As an offer or a price. No page here is a quotation, a price, an estimate of cost or duration, or a promise to take on a piece of work. The only place commercial terms exist is a quotation, proposal, statement of work or contract that we have both agreed, and whatever it says beats anything on the site. Our Terms & Conditions go into this further.
• As evidence of client work. Diagrams, illustrations and graphics on the site are schematic: they show how something fits together in principle. None is a picture of a real client system, a real product screen or a real set of results.
• As a claim of partnership. Technologies are named so you can see what we work with. A name is not a sign that its owner has reviewed, approved, certified, sponsored or partnered with us, and the site makes no such claim anywhere. The next section deals with this in full.

Names and Marks Belong to Their Owners

Every trademark, product name and company name on this website is owned by its holder. We use them to identify tools and platforms, and their use here signals no partnership, endorsement or affiliation.

Operating systems, languages, frameworks, cloud platforms and developer tools appear on these pages descriptively. Among the marks mentioned are:

• Apple Inc.: Apple, iOS, Swift, SwiftUI, Xcode.

Other companies, ad platforms, operating systems and products are named on this site only to identify them, to describe compatibility, or to explain a service.

A name appearing here is not a sign of sponsorship, endorsement, partnership or affiliation. Any such relationship would be stated outright and supported by documents.

Results Depend on More Than Our Work

It is tempting to read a description of a service as a description of its outcome. They are different things. What software or a campaign achieves turns on the requirement behind it, the agreed scope, how good and how timely the inputs are, the platforms involved, and decisions made during and after the work, many of them outside our control.

So we promise no particular business result, and nothing here should be taken as promising one: not revenue, growth, downloads or installs, search rankings, conversion rates, uptime figures or performance benchmarks. If a number truly matters to you, it should go into the project agreement in a form both of us can check.

Pages Age, and Servers Go Down

We work to keep the site correct and current. But platforms change their rules fast, and a page can be overtaken by events before we next revise it. We do not warrant that what you are reading is complete, correct or up to date at that moment, and any of it may be changed without warning. Before you rely on a page for a real decision, ask, and we will confirm the current position in writing.

The website is offered on an “as is, as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will run without interruption or error, be free of harmful components, or work on every browser and device, and it may be taken offline at any time, for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control, without notice.

Other Websites Answer for Themselves

Some pages may link to sites we do not run, such as platform documentation or a technology vendor’s site. We link because the material is useful, not as an endorsement. We have no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for their content, availability, terms or treatment of your information. Whether to follow a link is your call.

Liability for the Website Is Limited

As far as the law allows, Zevora Enterprise accepts no liability for loss or damage that arises from using this website or relying on anything published on it. Indirect and consequential loss are included in that, as are lost profit, lost business, lost goodwill and lost data. None of this touches liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. For services under an engagement, liability is dealt with by our Terms & Conditions and that project’s own agreement. How we treat what you send us is a matter for the Privacy Policy.

Reported Errors Get Corrected

If a page looks wrong, stale or liable to mislead, we would much rather hear about it than not. Email contact.zevora@gmail.com with the page address and what you noticed. We will check it and put it right where a correction is due.
