Privacy Policy
The website stores nothing you type into it. Here is where an enquiry actually goes, who touches it on the way, how long it stays, and what you can ask us to do with it.
RevisedCovers zevoraenterprise.pro
A privacy policy is often written to cover anything a company might conceivably do one day. We have tried to write the opposite: a description of what zevoraenterprise.pro does with personal information as the site is built today, and nothing more. Details you email us directly, or that change hands while we work on a project, are treated on the same principles, together with whatever terms the engagement sets.
The Short Version Comes First
- The enquiry form is the only part of the site that asks you for personal details.
- The website has no database, so it keeps no copy of your enquiry.
- An enquiry ends up in our business mailbox, and that is where we keep it.
- We use it to answer you. It is not used for marketing and it is never sold.
- You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold, and a reasonable request is free.
The rest of this page is the detail behind each of those points.
One Business Answers for Your Data
The site belongs to Zevora Enterprise, a software publishing and digital services enterprise in Gujarat, India (Udyam registration UDYAM-GJ-03-0846975). Our work centres on custom software and application management, alongside related digital services. Accountability for personal information rests with the enterprise itself rather than with a named individual, and a privacy question sent to contact.zevora@gmail.com goes to whoever is responsible for answering it. The postal address is in the contact panel at the foot of this page.
Information Arrives by Two Routes
The enquiry form
Nothing else on the site collects personal details from you. The form has fields for:
- your name;
- the name of your company or business, which is optional;
- your email address;
- a telephone number, which is also optional;
- the service your enquiry relates to;
- a description of the project or requirement, in your own words;
- a consent tick allowing us to use all of the above in replying.
We need the name, email address, service and description to give a sensible answer. The company name and telephone number are genuinely optional: leaving them blank has no effect on how the enquiry is dealt with.
One request. Leave passwords, card and bank numbers, ID document numbers and anything similarly sensitive out of the description box. If a project turns out to need anything of that kind, we will first agree with you a secure way of passing it over.
Server request logs
The servers that deliver these pages note each request they handle, as servers almost everywhere do. A log entry can contain the requesting IP address, the browser and operating system your device reports, the page asked for, the referring page, and the date and time. We do not try to work out who you are from these entries and we do not build profiles from them. Their purpose is practical: delivering pages properly, tracking down faults, and noticing and stopping abuse such as bulk scraping or attempts to knock the site offline.
The form’s server code also limits how often one source can send enquiries, to stop automated flooding. For that it holds the requesting IP address in memory for a short time. The address is not saved to a database, is not attached to your enquiry, and is lost whenever the server instance restarts.
Where an Enquiry Travels
People tend to assume a contact form feeds a database somewhere. This one does not. When you press send, server code checks every field again, discards anything it does not recognise, and turns what is left into a single email addressed to our business mailbox. No copy is written to disk on the website, saved in a content management system, queued for later or shown on an administration screen. The site has none of those things.
Once your enquiry is in our business mailbox, that mailbox is where it lives. From then on it is protected and retained under the mailbox’s arrangements, not anything on the website.
The outside companies involved
We have kept the number of organisations in this chain small. Naming them below states how the site is put together. That is a statement of fact, not a claim of partnership, endorsement or certification, and each company has its own terms and privacy policy.
- Resend sends each enquiry from the website to our mailbox, so its contents pass through Resend in transit.
- Vercel runs the hosting: it delivers every page and holds the request logs mentioned earlier.
- Cloudflare, on any occasion the site’s traffic passes through it, stands between you and the hosting, routing requests and blocking automated abuse, which means it processes request data.
- Our business email provider necessarily holds and processes every message we receive.
Not all of this infrastructure is in India, so processing may happen in other countries. We depend on the contractual and security undertakings each provider publishes, and none is authorised by us to put your information to its own use.
Your Details Have a Narrow Set of Uses
Uses we rely on
- Reading your enquiry and working out what you need.
- Replying, including any follow-up questions we need answered before we can reply properly.
- Preparing an estimate, proposal or scope document where the enquiry calls for one.
- Corresponding with you about a project if you decide to proceed.
- Holding on to the correspondence as a business and accounting record.
Uses we rule out
- Marketing. An enquiry does not put you on a mailing list, and no newsletter will follow.
- Selling, renting or trading your information to anyone.
- Handing it to advertisers, data brokers or anyone who trades in sales leads.
- Showing it to anyone not directly involved in answering you.
- Automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
The site is meant for businesses and offers nothing designed for children, and we do not knowingly collect a child’s information. If you think a child has sent us personal details, tell us and we will delete them.
The legal basis
Ticking the box on the form gives us your consent to reply, and that consent is our basis for contacting you. If we go on to work together, we also process your information because the contract between us requires it, and because Indian law places record-keeping obligations on a business. You may withdraw consent whenever you like by writing to contact.zevora@gmail.com. From then on, the only thing we keep your details for is a record the law makes us hold.
Analytics Depends on the Deployment, and This Page Says Which
The site runs no advertising technology and no cross-site tracking. Separately, a hosting or security provider in front of the site may set a strictly necessary cookie to keep it reachable; the Cookie Policy covers that in detail.
Nothing that measures visitors is loaded on this deployment, and none of the cookies in your browser come from us. That means no Google Analytics, no heat maps, no session recording and no marketing pixels. Should a measurement tool ever be added, both this page and the Cookie Policy will be rewritten to name it.
Safeguards Reduce Risk Without Removing It
- Pages are served over HTTPS, so what you type into the form is encrypted between your browser and the site.
- The application sends transport-security and related response headers that make content injection and clickjacking harder.
- Server code validates every field again after your browser has, and drops any field it does not expect.
- Most automated spam is caught by an invisible trap field and a cap on how often one source can submit.
- The website keeps no store of enquiries, so there is no website database to breach.
- Only the people who need to answer enquiries have access to the mailbox that receives them.
No way of sending or storing information is completely secure, and we would be misleading you to say otherwise. Our narrower claim is that your details sit in as few places as we could manage.
Retention Ends When the Reason Does
An enquiry email stays in our mailbox while it serves the purpose you sent it for, and for as long as Indian tax, accounting and contractual record-keeping rules require. Threads that never turned into work are cleared out once they obviously stop mattering. Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will, unless a specific legal obligation means we must keep a record. Request and security logs do not last long; exactly how long is set by the hosting and security providers who hold them.
Reasonable Requests Cost Nothing
You are entitled to ask us to:
- say whether any personal information about you is held by us, and supply a copy if it is;
- correct anything inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete information we no longer need to keep;
- stop a particular use of your information;
- record that you have withdrawn an earlier consent.
Send the request to contact.zevora@gmail.com, ideally from the address you first wrote from, or include enough about the original enquiry for us to find it. We may ask a question or two to confirm the request really is yours before we act. If you are unhappy with the outcome, say so and we will look at it again.
Linked Sites Follow Their Own Rules
A link from this site to one we do not run takes you outside this policy. The other site’s privacy terms apply there, we have no say over how its owner treats your information, and linking to it is not an endorsement of its practices.
This Page Is Revised When the Site Changes
We revise this page when the site changes how it works or the law requires it, and the date near the top is the date of the current version. A material change appears here before it takes effect or at the same moment, so it is worth a fresh look before your next enquiry.
